Upload scanned or photographed completed questionnaires. They are transcribed into a dataset with a matching codebook, then reviewed a second time. Every uncertain cell is flagged rather than guessed.
A blank form gives the codebook its full structure, including response options no respondent happened to select. Without it, option lists may be incomplete.
Scans or phone photographs. Up to 12 files at a time. Split larger batches, a batch that exceeds the limit fails silently, which is worse than being asked to split it.
The workbook holds four sheets: the dataset, the codebook, the verification queue, and the corrections log.
Every cell that is not high confidence. Check these against the paper forms before using the data.
